The vehicle struck the guardrail in the median then crossed all travel lanes and hit the barrier on the shoulder before overturning. When the vehicle came to rest it was on its top and the driver was ejected. Officials reported the driver suffered injuries from the crash. The driver was transported to a nearby medical center for evaluation of injuries. Traffic in the right lane was blocked for nearly three hours while crews worked to clear the car crash. Idaho State Police is investigating this crash.
