A fatal car accident in Coeur d’Alene from a drunk driver occurred on Interstate 90 according to Idaho State Police. The driver of an older vehicle was attempting to pass when the car spun out of control and stalled perpendicular to oncoming traffic. An oncoming vehicle with a drunk driver behind the wheel, T-boned the car killing a teenager that was in the passenger seat. In addition, the driver who was the teens brother, was seriously injured. The drunk driver was arrested at the scene of the accident for aggravated DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
