Fatal Crash from Attempting to Cross the Highway

Idaho State Police reported a fatal crash on Highway US 95 after a vehicle traveling eastbound attempted to cross the highway. The vehicle was struck by an oncoming vehicle traveling northbound. Police say the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene of the car crash. It is unclear whether any other injuries were incurred from the driver and passenger of the vehicle which hit the eastbound vehicle. Police are continuing to investigate this crash.

Tips for Attempting to Cross a Highway

3. When it is safe to proceed, continue to look both ways for any speeding vehicles that could potentials put you in harm.
