Idaho State Police reported two killed in a car accident from a driver failing to stop at a stop sign in Canyon County. An 18-year old Meridian man was traveling northbound on Robinson Road when he failed to yield to a stop sign and crashed into another vehicle at the intersection. Two other juveniles in the car were ejected and killed at the scene of the accident. Police say no one in the vehicle was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The driver, as well as the driver and passengers in the other vehicle, were all taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation of injuries. Everyone in the vehicle that was hit was wearing a seat belt. Idaho State Police are still investigating the crash. Fatal car accidents at stop sign intersections are all too common.
