Rear-End Vehicle Crash Resulting in Injuries

Idaho State Police investigated a rear-end vehicle crash which resulted in injuries. A Chevy heading east on SH-55 was slowing down for traffic when it was rear-ended by a BMW who was following behind. The Chevy spun from the force of impact and collided with a power pole before coming to rest on the roadway. The driver of the Chevy and their juvenile passenger were transported by ground ambulance to a nearby medical center for evaluation of injuries. All occupants of both vehicles were reportedly wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
