Slick Roadway Conditions Caused a Truck Accident Near Eugene

Idaho State Police reported a wrongful death of a passenger following a car crash in Boise County. Police say a juvenile was driving westbound on Robie Creek Road when a wasp flew into the vehicle. The driver lost control of the vehicle and went off the roadway overturning into Robie Creek. Both the driver and passenger were wearing seatbelts at the time of the car crash. Unfortunately, the vehicle was partially submerged into the water and the passenger succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident. Next of kin has been notified.
